Practice description
Mathieu began his carrier in 2004 at CNRS (French National Center for Scientific Research). He joined CASALONGA in 2006.
Based in our Toulouse office since 2014, he ensures its development, in liaison with the the Paris team.
Mathieu is involved in the acquisition and defense of IP rights, in particular in drafting patent applications and in patent prosecution (grant and opposition procedures), in France, Europe and abroad.
He does prior art searches and patentability studies and advises on freedom to operate and validity of patents. Mathieu also participates to court litigations.
He specializes in a variety of technical disciplines including applied physics, electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, software and automation as well as polymers and rheology questions.
