Admitted to the Paris Bar, Agathe specializes in intellectual property law, including trademarks, designs, copyright, and domain names. She assists clients in the protection, management, and enforcement of their rights, as well as in the negotiation and drafting of agreements.

Before joining CASALONGA in 2024, Agathe gained significant experience in IP law firms. She has developed a strong expertise in trademark and domain name portfolio management, administrative proceedings (provisional refusals, oppositions, invalidity actions), and anti-counterfeiting strategies, particularly on marketplaces and social media. Now based in our Toulouse office, she ensures its development, in liaison with the Paris team.
