Jean-Baptiste Leca

Attorney-at-law for 5 years, Jean-Baptiste advises and litigates in all areas of intellectual property law (trademarks, designs, patents, supplementary protection certificates, geographical indications, literary and artistic property and copyright), as well as image rights, unfair competition and advertising. He advises clients on pre-litigation stages and handles litigation proceedings, from procedural strategy to pleadings. He also assists clients in IP contractual matters, including licenses, IP asset transfers and coexistence agreements.

Jean-Baptiste joined CASALONGA in April 2024.
Prior to joining CASALONGA, he has worked in France and Italy for law firms specializing in IP, as well as for a major French cosmetics group.
