Nathan Audinet

Within the litigation team, Nathan advises clients from various sectors on the protection and enhancement of their intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, etc.) and supports them in both advisory and litigation matters, from the development of pre-litigation strategies to pleadings.
Nathan also handles cases related to unfair competition, parasitism, and digital law.
After several professional experiences in both law firms and companies, Nathan joined CASALONGA in 2024.
