Practice description
After a first experience in a start-up specialized in computer programming and in the trademark department of a large pharmaceutical company, Pauline began her carrier within an intellectual property law firm in 2014 and joined CASALONGA in 2016.
She practices in the area of intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark prosecution, design and trademark litigation and Internet domain name disputes.
She advises clients by providing trademark search analysis and opinions regarding domestic and global trademark availability. She also has experience in opposition and appeal proceedings both before the French Intellectual Property Office (INPI) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Pauline is a member of the French Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners (APRAM), of the French Patent and Trademark association (CNCPI “Compagnie Nationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle”) and of the MARQUES FWKM Team (Famous and Well Known Marks Team).
