Pauline Ravier

In the Wine, Spirits & Terroirs Department, Pauline assists clients both in intellectual property and food matters. In particular, she is involved in cases relating to the protection of geographical indications, regulatory law and labeling, rural law, and distribution law.

Pauline also assists the Firm’s clients in managing and defending their trademark portfolios in France and internationally. She is involved in opposition, cancellation and revocation actions, in France before the French Intellectual Property Office (INPI), and in the EU before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Bilingual, she equally works in French and English.

After several experiences as a lawyer, in particular within the Defense and Management Organization (DMO) of Bandol Wines and at Corrs Chambers Westgarth Law Firm in Melbourne, Pauline joined CASALONGA Wine, Spirits & Terroirs team in July 2023.

As the daughter of a winegrower, her field expertise enables her to better understand our clients’ needs and expectations.
